Is the Paleo diet healthy? – CNN.com. A strangely appropriate Q&A from an obese patient to a nutrition “specialist”. The doctor contributes absolutely nothing to the conversation, but the commentary at the bottom of the article is very interesting. This just highlights the kind of outdated “information” that physicians are learning in med school.
